Our meeting rooms cater for your needs. We can offer individual seating, with daylight, with function room darkening and equipped with latest technology. Wether for your sales force convention, your motivations training or for the meeting with a selected few – we always have the appropriate premises.

It takes more than an appropirate room and adequate technology for a successful convention. The general conditions should also match. Therefore we e.g. offer our special coach rooms to the workshop coaches.

Even the dining supply orientates on the needs of our convention guests. Light, well-tolerated food, wether Mediterranean or regional – always highly delicious and inspiring. Choose your „favourite coffee-break“ from our large choice.

After a long and strenous day you can take a break from everyday life in the pleasant ambience of our sauna area. Escape from everyday stress, get spoiled by a massage, just make this time for yourself, to chill and relax.

We would like to especially recommend active programms as incentive or to conclude a long workshop day. What about a boat trip to the Loreley and after that a barbeque evening on our sun terrasse with a view onto the Rhine? Or a wine hike through the Rheingau vines, including a wine tasting session? Or do you prefer to be under way by bike? The beatiful Rheingau opens many more possibilities for you.

Our conference packages offers the following choices:

• Conference package with overnight stay and full board
• Per diems with lunch snack or 3-course-meal
• Coffee break with coffee, tea, fresh fruits and pastry in the morning, with cake in the afternoon
• For lunch a several-course-meal or buffet
• For dinner a several-course-meal or buffet

All packages include convention technology basic equipment in the convention room and are calculated with a minimum attendance of 10 persons.

Convention rooms

Our convention rooms I, II and III offer space for up to 100 persons with parliamentary seating. The sound insulated partition walls allow combinations of these premises without problems, so that group working rooms are also available. Quietly located, with plenty of daylight and next to a lobby to take a break you’ll find the optimum conditions for a convention here.

Tradition room

This is where contracts are signed! Your ideal room for meetings, tests, conventions and the meal afterwards of course.

Riesling room

A small conference room near the restaurant for up to 20 persons, bathed in light and with a view onto the Rhine.
